工程估算用途
MechLab X 提供的公式、材料值、設備容量建議與其他結果,主要用於 前期工程估算、概念比較與快速判斷。 它們不是經簽證的工程文件,也不取代正式設計計算、設備手冊、材料證明或專業審查。
材料與製程差異
實際材料強度會因合金狀態、熱處理、板厚、材料規格、供應批次與測試方法而不同。 實際加工需求也可能受到間隙、刃口磨耗、速度、潤滑、溫度、幾何形狀與其他製程因素影響。
設備容量
名目噸數僅能作為設備初步篩選參考。沖床或其他設備是否能在特定行程位置提供所需力量, 還必須確認設備的額定能力曲線、行程、能量、偏心負載、模具與安全限制等條件。
安全係數
計算器中的安全係數是套用在工程估算結果上的裕量, 不是沖床、模具、結構、吊掛或其他安全關鍵設計的正式安全係數。
使用者責任
在採購設備、製作模具、量產、施工或其他可能涉及財產與人員安全的決策前, 請以實際材料資料、設備製造商規格與合格工程專業人員的確認為準。

Engineering estimate only
Formulas, material values, equipment-capacity suggestions and other outputs from MechLab X are intended primarily for preliminary engineering estimates, concept comparison and quick checks. They are not certified engineering documents and do not replace formal calculations, equipment manuals, material certificates or professional review.
Material and process variation
Actual material strength can vary with alloy condition, heat treatment, thickness, specification, production lot and test method. Actual process demand may also vary with clearance, edge wear, speed, lubrication, temperature, geometry and other process factors.
Equipment capacity
Nominal tonnage is only a preliminary equipment-selection reference. Whether a press or other machine can provide the required force at a given stroke position must also be checked against its rated-capacity curve, stroke, energy, off-center loading, tooling and safety limits.
Safety factor
The safety factor used by a calculator is an engineering margin applied to the estimate. It is not the formal structural safety factor for a press, die, structure, lifting system or other safety-critical design.
User responsibility
Before purchasing equipment, manufacturing tooling, starting production or making any decision involving property or personal safety, verify the result against actual material data, equipment-manufacturer specifications and qualified engineering review.
